Emily D: “If you dont cry while in the store it's not the one. Also, you may think the first one you try is amazing, but always try on others before making a final decision”
2. Step outside of your comfort zone
Stephanie S: “Try on a variety of styles - you may be surprised! I've seen it happen so many times! Also, know your budget before you go.”
3. Stay true to yourself
Hannah: “Try on all kinds of styles even if you dont think you will like them. Do NOT feel pressured to buy ANYTHING no matter how much your mom or bridesmaids love it. Stay true to yourself, dont buy it just because it's a fad. Also wear solid color panties and all the shapewear you are planning on wearing the day of.”
4. Bring the proper undergarments
Felicia: “Wear a strapless bra so you have have an easier time visualizing any strapless dresses you try on!”
5. Keep it happy
Brittany: “Don’t bring anyone that will rain on your parade!”
6. Make sure you feel like you
Rachel: “The person you’re marrying will be looking at you, not the dress. Make sure you feel like you in the dress!”
7. Keep it comfy
Ashley: “You’re going to be in the dress all night long so make sure whatever you pick is comfy. The worst thing in the world is feeling uncomfortable in something on a special day.”
8. A great wedding dress doesn’t have to cost a lot
Jordan: “Don’t let bridal shops fool you into thinking you have to spend an arm and a leg. There are some INCREDIBLE dresses out there that would make brilliant wedding dresses and that only cost a couple hundred dollars.”

Sara: “It doesn’t matter what you’re wearing, it matters how you wear it.”

Beth: “It’s super easy to get caught up in everything - but just remember that this is a special milestone. Don’t let the experience just fly by. Take your time. Enjoy it. This is after all just a part of the celebration of you!”
